The rules for using Xervente and xervente.com, in plain words. By downloading Xervente, creating an account or paying for Pro, you agree to them.

Who we are
Xervente is made and sold by Arad Soft ltd ("Arad Soft", "we"), Toronto, Canada (aradsoft.ca). Write to us at [email protected].
What Xervente is
Xervente is a local hub with apps (desktop, phone and editor extension) that supervises AI coding agents: it answers them the way you would and holds risky steps, such as deploys, deletes and payments, for your approval. It runs on your own computer. See Privacy for what data goes where.
You stay in charge
You remain responsible for what your agents do, for the steps you approve, and for your code, accounts and systems. Xervente helps you supervise; it does not replace your judgement. It may miss a risky step or let one through, and we do not guarantee that it will catch every one. Keep backups and review what matters.
Plans and prices
Free costs nothing and has limits: 2 agent sessions led at once, 5 million tokens saved a month and 1 linked computer and phone. Pro lifts them and costs $5 a month or $49 a year (US dollars), plus any taxes that apply. The current limits are on the Pro page.
Card payments are handled by Stripe and renew automatically at the end of each month or year until you cancel. Crypto payments are handled by NOWPayments and buy a fixed month or year; they do not renew by themselves.
No refunds, cancel any time
Payments are not refunded. You can cancel at any time on your account page; Pro then stays on until the end of the time you already paid for, and does not renew.
Switching plans
Moving from monthly to yearly takes effect at once: you are charged the yearly price less the unused part of your month. Moving from yearly to monthly takes effect at the end of your paid year, and monthly billing starts then.
Licences
A licence is tied to the computers linked to your account: Free links 1 computer, Pro up to 3. You may remove a computer and link another. You may not share, sell or rent a licence or account, or copy, bypass, reverse engineer or tamper with the licence system.
Acceptable use
Do not use Xervente or xervente.com to break the law, to harm other people or systems, to attack or overload our servers, or to break the terms of the AI services your agents use. You need your own account with those services, on their terms.
Your account
You sign in with an e-mail link, Google or Apple. Keep access to that e-mail address safe; what happens in your account is your responsibility. You can delete your account at any time on your account page; this removes your account data and ends any Pro plan without a refund.
As is
Xervente and xervente.com are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, as far as the law allows. We work to keep them running, but they may change, pause or have faults.
Limits of our liability
As far as the law allows, Arad Soft is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for lost data, code, profits or business, including losses caused by your agents or by a step Xervente did or did not hold. Our total liability to you is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
Ending your use
You can stop using Xervente at any time. We may suspend or close an account that abuses the service, breaks these terms or misuses a licence, without a refund.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. When a change matters, we tell you by e-mail or on this site before it takes effect. If you keep using Xervente after that, the new terms apply; if you do not agree, cancel and stop using it.
Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada that apply there.
